About For the Love of Food Culinary Experiences

For the Love of Food's founder Diane Bukatman, CEC, CNTP graduated in 1986 from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America with Honors and an insane passion for cooking. In 2000, Chef Diane funneled her love and creativity for food, cooking & teaching and founded For the Love of Food, a Culinary Experience Company and Cooking School. 

She has taught professionally for over 30-years at the New York Restaurant School, French Culinary Institute, Colorado Arts Institute, Johnson & Wales University, and Colorado Mountain College.

Featured in the Denver Post, Wall Street Journal, Baltimore Sun, Baltimore Magazine and PBS, Chef Diane has provided her culinary finesse to Chef Jacques Torres, Walter Cronkite, James Taylor, Beverly Sills, Paula Abdul, Mrs. Andrea Simon of Simon and Schuster and her daughter, the legendary Carly Simon among others.

For the past 23 years, Chef Diane has lead and inspired Culinary Corporate Team Building experiences, Adult Group Cooking Classes, children's classes and Culinary Experiences  spanning every cuisine and culinary technique on this planet. 

In 2017 Chef Diane completed an advanced degree in Holistic Nutrition, and is currently a candidate to become a Certified Cannabis Chef Practitioner

She now brings her vast expertise and creativity to Evergreen, Denver, Lakewood, Golden & all the Front Range communities. She looks forward to inspiring you to unlock your hidden chef through the joyous art of cooking.
